La société est spécialisée dans la conception et la fabrication de micro-stations compactes et standardisées pour la valorisation des biodéchets en énergie. La solution est nommée la BioCapsule. L’objectif était d’innover la méthanisation. La BioCapsule est un système de micro-méthanisation qui permet aux collectivités, aux producteurs de biodéchets qui ont un gisement allant de 400 à 800 tonnes par an de transformer leurs biodéchets en énergie renouvelable.   **Présentation du projet et la solution technique apportée par Phoenix Contact** Un maraîcher à côté de Colmar a installé une BioCapsule sur son exploitation pour valoriser ses déchets de légumes. La BioCapsule produit du méthane qui est transformé en électricité. Ceci permet au client d’être autonome à 40% sur ses besoins en courant et 100% en eau chaude pour le chauffage des bâtiments.  Phoenix Contact a été retenu, car ils proposent une large gamme de composants d’automatisme. Arkeale avait besoin d’un automate qui soit à mi-chemin entre l’OT et l’IT et les automates PLCnext correspondent parfaitement.
